Description

This user guide describes how to create a custom project using BEEcube Platform Studio (BPS) design framework targeting BEEcube FPGA development platforms. The custom project would help researchers working on architectural exploration for different applications. The guide also helps the researchers to test their algorithms written in C/C++ programming languages on BEEcube platforms. Users may directly start the software development in Standalone or Xilkernel environment using the attached Embedded Development Kit (EDK) project.

The guide provides step-by-step instructions to:

  • Build a simple BPS project and synthesize it.
  • Modify the generated Xilinx Platform Studio (XPS) project to configure the hardware.
  • Export the design to Xilinx Software Development Kit (SDK).
