Description

The Heterogeneous Computing Cluster is designed to enable hardware acceleration on a shared remotely accessible heterogeneous computing infrastructure. To achieve this goal, we have installed and tested an open source cluster management and job scheduling system called Slurm on the HCC.

This user guide describes all the steps required to install Slurm on the HCC with detailed instructions on how to run parallel jobs on the various resources available.
